The Company is seeking an Executive Director for New Product Planning and Strategy. The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished individual with a passion for research and drug development, and a proven track record in leading portfolio strategy, commercial initiatives, and driving corporate growth. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong background in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors, including a minimum of 8 years of experience in new product and commercial planning, in-line marketing, and launch planning. The Executive Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of cross-functional launch playbooks and roadmaps and must have expert knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape, R&D trends, and commercial considerations across major disease areas.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a BA/BS in a relevant field, with a PhD preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' experience in the industry. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of business and commercial opportunities, the ability to link business strategy to performance, and a proven track record in strategic roles.
