Campus Location: This position is a hybrid role where an individual would work onsite 3 days a week from either our Indianapolis, IN; Ft. Wayne, IN; or Cincinnati, OH Education Centers and 2 days remote.

Summary of Position: Under the leadership of the Executive Vice President/CPO, the Executive Director of Multicultural Learning and Engagement (MLE) at IWU National & Global (N&G) is responsible for leading efforts to impact organizational culture, address the needs of students, and develop strategies, implementation, and oversight of initiatives for multicultural learning, engagement, and belonging for the N&G community. The Executive Director must be team-oriented, confidential, and an innovative, collaborative leader who develops, executes, and integrates initiatives to maintain Kingdom-focused diversity as priority for National & Global faculty, staff, students, and curriculum. This role collaborates with the Chancellor of National & Global and teams on a regular basis to ensure the distinctives and priorities of the organization are supported and implemented through the responsibilities of the role.
