About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing integrated, equitable human services. The successful candidate will be the organization's lead executive, responsible for strategic planning, coalition-building, and community-focused services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in management, a proven track record in revenue growth, and the ability to build strong external relationships. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include fostering a supportive organizational culture, leading a team of 11, and maintaining operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a natural connector and communicator, capable of uniting diverse stakeholders around shared solutions. They should be adept at leveraging data and research to inform strategy, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and capacity building. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree or credentialing highly preferred. The role demands a leader who is humble, curious, and culturally competent, with the ability to engage with diverse communities and ensure underrepresented voices are integrated into the organization's work.
