Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a master’s degree (required), with a terminal degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 5 years in a significant leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with alumni, healthcare organizations, and donors, as well as experience in fundraising and managing advisory boards. A strong network in the healthcare industry and a passion for student success are essential.
