The Company is seeking a Sr/Executive Director of Facilities to lead the management and maintenance of its manufacturing and office facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all facilities, in compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing a team of facility managers and maintenance staff, leading them to maintain the highest standards of operation. Key responsibilities include budget development and management, design and construction oversight, project management, environmental health and safety program implementation, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in facilities management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of at least 8 years in a leadership role.
