Overview Executive Director of Enrollment Services - New Campus - On-Site in Atlanta at Arizona College of Nursing. The EDES serves as a campus leader, working with the Executive Director of Academic Operations to fulfill the college’s mission: to be the most student-centric college in the world and to provide people the opportunity to enhance their lives through education.
Responsibilities Collaborates with the EDAO and the RVP of Enrollment Services to achieve college and campus goals.
Provides leadership of the admissions and financial aid teams to achieve outstanding student service, enrollment growth, efficiency, conversion metrics, and student persistence.
Oversees the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of standards in admissions, financial aid, and student-facing services.
Develops and monitors growth initiatives and redirects as appropriate.
Monitors dashboards for quality assurance, compliance, student service, and related metrics; conducts direct observations of service delivery and provides timely feedback.
Ensures staff and processes align with prospecting activity and inquiry management expectations.
Facilitates training and professional development for admissions and financial aid teams to ensure compliance and exemplary service.
Ensures effective implementation of the campus New Student Review (NSR) process with full campus participation.
Staffs front desk Admissions with appropriate hours and expectations to ensure exceptional customer service for new and prospective students.
Collaborates on staffing plans and schedules with Academic Operations where applicable; coordinates use of Admission Coordinator, Campus Coordinator, and student workers to ensure coverage and routing.
Provides testing center access and resources to reduce downtime in line with enrollment timelines; orders A2 tests and proctors them as needed.
Manages inbound inquiries, ensuring proper training and routing of inquiries.
Develops the New Student Orientation (NSO) framework with Corporate Marketing and Campus Operations; plans and executes NSO for all new students.
Creates badges for all new students; assists in budget preparation for admission staff and areas with input from leadership.
Ensures compliance with federal/state accreditation rules and regulations and enforces use of compliant materials and procedures.
Contributes to decision-making, institutional effectiveness, and long-term planning of the College.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent skills and experience.
Two years' leadership experience in higher education operations (Admissions, Student Services, or Business).
Proven record of leadership and achievement in higher education.
