About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that compensation, benefits, and well-being programs are competitive, align with organizational goals, and comply with all relevant regulations. This role involves leading the annual executive compensation process, collaborating with various committees and partners, and maintaining key relationships with executive leadership and institutional talent partners. The Executive Director will also oversee the evaluation and maintenance of benefit programs, including retirement plans, and will be accountable for the overall fringe budget.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years' experience in compensation, benefits, and wellness, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. A Master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred. The role requires a deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, benefit programs, and experience with HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster a cooperative environment. Responsibilities also include supervising and training staff, maintaining best practices in program administration, and providing leadership as part of the HR team.
