About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to lead its non-profit organization. The role also involves recruiting and directing key personnel, maintaining relationships with outside agencies, and acting as the public face of the organization.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in non-profit leadership and/or administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing financing, optimizing resource allocation, and conducting financial reporting.
