About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Maternal, Neonatal, and Pediatric Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-risk obstetrical, neonatal, pediatric, and maternal-fetal medicine service lines across multiple sites. This role involves the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and procedures, as well as providing administrative direction and coordination for the high-risk obstetrical and neonatology center. The Executive Director will work closely with system leadership to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include strategic and business planning, direct operational leadership, financial management, clinical and quality oversight, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a Master's degree in a related field, and be a Registered Nurse with an active clinical license. A minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in clinical and leadership roles, particularly in high-risk obstetrics and neonatology, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, resource planning, and a proven track record in leading complex care delivery programs. Collaborative leadership, project management skills, and the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams are essential. The role also demands proficiency in data analysis, quality management systems, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
