About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Business Manager / Head of Strategy and Innovation for its International Wealth Management (IWM) division. This role is pivotal in leading a team of professionals across IWM strategy, business management, and products, and requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the IWM business and the broader firm. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and focused on execution, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders across various functions, including legal, risk, compliance, and operations.
