Job Description

Are you a bold, compassionate leader ready to make a real impact in behavioral healthcare? We're seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)a long-standing provider of care for adults with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. Qualifications

You must hold the IL Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) state license.

What we need from you:

• Experience as an LNHA in a SNF, ICF or SMHRF setting
• A focus on ROIs, QMs and facility metrics - you know how to measure your accomplishments
• Ability to build a team and potentially bring some with you
• A love for what you do, and your education and credentialing reflect it.
