About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of cell therapy innovation, leading the definition and delivery of integrated asset strategies for the development of cell therapies targeting autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the achievement of program objectives in accordance with quality standards and timelines. The Executive Director will be responsible for all activities related to the programs, including budget oversight, cross-functional alignment, and compliance with regulations and best practices. They will also be key in the robust assessment of opportunities and risks, as well as in the development of strategic options for the governance.
Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent degree with at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of biologics, autoimmune, oncology, or hematology. The role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical business model, drug development, and the ability to drive initiatives and solve complex problems. Experience in international environments, NDA, BLA filings, and regulatory submissions is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cross-functional drug development, clinical-stage program management, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to innovate and guide the team in a creative and value-generating manner.
