Executive Director, Hospice Operations About the Company Nationally recognized hospice provider Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Hospice Operations to lead and manage its multi-site hospice services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business and clinical operations, including business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the hospice or home health industry, particularly in the areas of operations, growth strategy, and clinical leadership oversight. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing a large team, both directly and indirectly, and driving census growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' recent experience in hospice operations management, with a preference for those with a background in multi-site operations. The role requires a leader with strong managerial, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with graduate coursework being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Sales, and possess a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations related to hospice operations.
