About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Heart & Vascular Institute. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall management of cardiology practices, including the crucial responsibility of overseeing the profit and loss statement and related resources. This role involves strategic planning, organization, and direction of physician practice operations, with a focus on integrating the organization's strategic plan. The Executive Director will also be involved in the development of high-quality, cost-effective clinical programs and will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure the delivery of quality care and the realization of payer incentives.

Applicants must have a Master's degree in business administration or healthcare administration, with a minimum of 7-9 years of practice experience in the orthopedic specialty. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in human resource management, program development, and fiscal management, as well as familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making. Basic knowledge of management principles and proficiency in PC software, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, is also necessary. The Executive Director will be responsible for the operational and fiscal management of the department, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and leading a team to deliver quality services.
