THE ROLE
We are hiring an Executive Director, Head of Redbox, to lead our data analytics practice. Our Redbox practice applies data and technology to grow our client’s business. The ambition for this practice is to do the most advanced work, for the most progressive clients and to do it at scale.
The Redbox team provides expertise (research, consulting, insights, measurement solutions), products and platforms (SmartData, bespoke tools) and services (audience science, analytics).
We apply a relentless focus on increasing the effectiveness and outcomes from all parts of our clients marketing investment through the application of data and technology.
This is the most senior position on the Redbox team and an essential part of Crossmedia’s future. The role is to head up a team of 15 people (and growing) to manage the delivery of audience, measurement, and advanced analytics strategy for Crossmedia’s portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, managing the team and driving a vision for Redbox’s products and services that is future ready. This role reports to the Chief Media Officer.

YOUR OBJECTIVE
Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver cutting edge data, technology and analytics solutions
Partner with clients to deliver thought leadership, seeking out new ways to enhance, develop or execute data-driven solutions and insights through audience, measurement, advanced analytics strategy, business analysis, leveraging partners and technologies
Build, lead, manage and develop the team to deliver best in class audience and measurement strategy in collaboration with client leadership, strategy, planning and investment teams
Develop strong direct client relationships, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of client work.
Integration of consumer research, insights, analytics, data, and technology to enhance media and messaging performance for clients.
Take an active role in driving organic and new business growth, where insight, data and analytics are playing an increasingly critical role
Create an operational and financial plan to evolve our services and products to exceed our current growth rate
Lead the creation of the required infrastructure (people, process, technology) to scale our practices and deliver results that exceed client expectations
Identify and implement new data and analytics solutions to achieve clients’ goals, while regularly assessing the health of client businesses.
Collaborate with ED peers (across client leadership, planning, investment) and ELT (in particular, the Chief Technology Officer) to develop and deliver a consistent and efficient offering to our clients. Drive adoption of available tools, technologies and approaches
Work with industry partners and cultivate additional relationships to ensure first-mover advantage in the space
REQUIREMENTS
A strategic leader, with a proven history of improving the business performance and outcomes from client’s investment.

A detail-orientated champion for original, intelligent work who will work to get the best out of technology, data, audiences and media activation.
A trusted adviser to our CEO/CMO on the future development of Crossmedia’s offerings
Ability to demonstrate and maintain credibility, and consequently, build strong working relationships within Crossmedia and across various functions (client leadership, planning, investment, etc.)
Strong client-facing skills with demonstrated ability to gain senior clients’ trust. Ability to listen and respond to client needs without using jargon, and to suggest appropriate solutions. Excellent presentation and writing skills are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
15 + years of relevant work experience in data, insights, analytics, advanced analytics and technology with expertise in digital media. Ideally in a media ad agency setting.
Experience with digital data technologies and partners (1 st and 3 rd party data, data lakes, data clean rooms, identity solutions, …)
Passion for online advertising and emerging technologies in the digital landscape (CDP, Identity, Clean Room, CMP, CRM …)
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously with strong work ethic
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing a team of data, analytics and advertising tech & marketing tech specialists and strong management skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment,

Location : We are seeking a candidate who has proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid setting with working onsite at our NYC office, as well as the flexibility to work from home.
Salary : $300,000 - $325,000. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
