About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic Executive Director, Head of Creative Strategy to lead the planning team at its in-house advertising agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic creative vision across all brand touchpoints, ensuring that communications are culturally relevant, strategically sound, and aligned with core brand strategy and business objectives. This senior leadership role involves managing a team of creative strategists, leading strategic planning for integrated communications, and championing multicultural strategy initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional brand and creative teams, as well as serving as a strategic consultant to internal clients.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in advertising, marketing, or brand strategy, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing successful integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in high-visibility and fast-paced in-house agency, traditional agency, or corporate marketing environments. Strong background in telecommunications, technology, or consumer services industries is preferred. The role demands a deep understanding of brand strategy, communications planning, and creative development processes, as well as expertise in integrated communications planning and channel-specific creative optimization. Experience with data-driven strategy development, campaign optimization, and cross-channel performance analysis is essential. The candidate should also be adept at team management, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class work.
