About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance and Administration for its School of Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and execution of finance, administration, and facilities within a complex academic environment. This role serves as the top financial steward for the law school, providing comprehensive financial information, analysis, and advice to optimize the use of financial resources. The Executive Director will also lead the law school in accounting, budgeting, and financial compliance, and will be a key partner in strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the school's business affairs, information technology team, and facilities, including maintenance and construction activities.

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced degree. A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience is required, with a strong background in financial management, administration, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and a proven record of working effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment. They should be adept at problem-solving, and decision-making, and be dedicated to the mission of the law school.
