About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its non-degree leadership development arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, driving business development, and overseeing the marketing strategy, client relationship management, and program development. This role requires a proven ability to build strategic partnerships, sell customized services to senior executives, and a strong background in business development. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring the financial success and sustainability of the business, leading a team, and delivering thought leadership in the design of executive education programs.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 9 years of related work experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. The role demands expertise in financial management, the ability to travel, and a background that may include an MBA or other graduate degree in business. Experience in business consulting and a proven track record of impact on organizational strategy and outcomes are also desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of business contacts and be adept at leading a team, project, program, or function. The position is dynamic and may require on-site evening and weekend work, as well as international travel for client development and program delivery.
