Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Environmental Center should hold a degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in organizational management, program development, and evaluation, as well as strong personnel management and financial skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental science, outdoor recreation, or a related field, and experience in fundraising, grant writing, and project management.
