Employee Assistance Program (EAP): 3 free sessions annually (in-person or virtual), available 24/7 Tuition Assistance: Up to $2,500 annually Uniforms: $150 scrubs allowance for new hires Legal Resources: Access to will preparation and legal services Responsibilities Direct and oversee all operational aspects of hospice services Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards Recruit, retain, and develop qualified hospice personnel Ensure high-quality patient care through effective interdisciplinary coordination Implement, monitor, and evaluate performance and quality improvement programs Oversee budget planning and financial management for operational stability Establish organizational goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them Manage conflict resolution and handle grievances professionally Foster effective communication between departments and leadership Stay current on hospice trends and ensure staff are clinically updated Supervise all admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure services provided by external vendors are consistent and effective Report to the Governing Body and ensure accurate documentation and metrics Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s in nursing preferred 3–5 years of healthcare and/or hospice management experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing preferred Strong understanding of Medicare Hospice Certification Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Deep knowledge of hospice care and interdisciplinary service models About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
