With the Farmer at the core, The Director of Executive Compensation will lead the design, governance, and administration of executive compensation and equity programs for AGCO Corporation, a Fortune 500, global agriculture machinery and precision agriculture company. This role ensures alignment of executive pay with shareholder interests, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements. The role requires expertise in executive compensation strategy, regulatory compliance, competitive benchmarking, and public company governance, with a focus on attracting, motivating, and retaining top leadership talent critical to driving growth, innovation, and shareholder value. Your Impact Lead the design, implementation, and governance of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and equity programs for senior executives globally. Provide strategic recommendations regarding executive compensation philosophy, market positioning, and regulatory trends. Manage preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee, including competitive benchmarking, pay-for-performance analyses, and program design proposals. Oversee administration of equity plans including Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on global executive mobility, tax considerations, and cross-border compensation issues. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations on executive pay disclosures, equity plan administration, and shareholder engagement related to executive compensation matters. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CECP, CCP) preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 5 years focused on executive compensation in a publicly traded, global organization. Deep experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation and equity programs in a publicly traded, global organization. Collaborative working style with ability and willingness to partner across legal, finance, and HR teams. Comfort operating in a global, matrixed environment with exposure to international executive pay considerations and global mobility. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
