About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Academy, which is dedicated to providing a nurturing and creative environment that fosters the academic readiness and emotional growth of young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation of the Academy's mission, ensuring the development of initiatives that support the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical growth of students. This role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least ten years of teaching or development experience, and a strong background in faith-based early childhood education. The Executive Director will also be tasked with casting a vision for the Academy, providing organizational direction, and representing the Academy at the pastoral level.
