The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Digital Core Delivery, a pivotal role responsible for the technology foundation that underpins all business aspects. The successful candidate will lead the modernization and innovation of the infrastructure ecosystem, ensuring it is flexible, scalable, and capable of seamless integration with cloud services and other technologies. This leadership position involves setting and executing a comprehensive digital core strategy, managing a large team of IT professionals, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. The role also includes overseeing cloud, hosting, and network management, as well as local and regional delivery and operations, with a focus on manufacturing and plasma center support.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a preference for those with experience in regulated manufacturing environments. A minimum of 15 years' experience is required, along with a proven track record in leading infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, network management, and IT operations, and at least 7-10 years' experience in leading and managing teams in a 24x7 international environment. Key competencies include excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and drive strategy throughout the organization.
