The Chinatown YMCA is seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible for the overall operations of the Chinatown YMCA and its off-sites. They will also be responsible for continuing to develop and strengthen community-wide relationships with donors and various service organizations. Benefits:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. MSW preferred. At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible operational and management experience, including five years in a supervisory role. Experience in generating earned revenue of $4 million or more. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage with community and corporate partners, civic leaders, staff, and members. Experience working with a Board of Managers, supervising government contracts, and managing fundraising campaigns. Strategic, analytical, and hands-on leadership traits. Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive team culture by leveraging team members from diverse backgrounds and with diverse points of view. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills that can be adapted based on the audience. Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
