About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Cancer Care Service Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of the cancer center, ensuring the integration of clinical, financial, and human resources to meet performance objectives and drive growth. This role involves collaboration with partner institutions on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory and licensure requirements. The Executive Director will also lead interdisciplinary work groups, oversee the development and implementation of new programs, and ensure the cancer center is prepared for emergency situations.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6-8 years' of progressive experience in healthcare management, with a preference for those who have held an executive position in an ambulatory setting, particularly in cancer care. The role requires a leader with a full understanding of business processes and ambulatory operations, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience in business process improvement and system integration. Strong project management skills, the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and to demonstrate a commitment to the highest quality of patient care and the continuous learning and adoption of new technologies and procedures.
