The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Campus Technology Services. This executive-level position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Client Services and Regional Campus Technology Services Departments, ensuring the delivery of hands-on technology support to faculty, staff, and students across multiple campuses. The successful candidate will be a system-wide leader, dedicated to the one-college vision and will oversee the design, execution, and effectiveness of internal controls to guarantee the efficiency and security of technology operations. Key responsibilities include managing talent engagement activities, overseeing system outages, and leading district-wide technology projects such as software upgrades and hardware distribution.
Applicants for the Executive Director role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in managing service desk operations and technical staff. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in information management systems, budget management, and project management.
