Responsibilities Lead daily operations for a community with 60-65 units or up to 175 units across two product lines. Responsibilities include staff management, resident engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, business planning, sales, community culture, resident satisfaction, and community marketing. Oversee resident services, manage budgets, and foster relationships with local stakeholders. Ensure property standards and legal compliance are maintained.
