About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing high-quality PHP and IOP services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must have a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, with an active and current therapy license. A minimum of 5-7 years' clinical experience in a higher level of care setting, along with 2 years' of management experience, is required.
