About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its ACCUPLACER and CLEP programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy, product management, operations, and external engagement of these digital assessment programs. This role involves leading the development of comprehensive product strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the programs meet the needs of a diverse student population. The Executive Director will also manage program operations, oversee vendor relationships, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the ACCUPLACER and CLEP programs. A key aspect of the role is to identify and implement growth opportunities and expansion strategies in both existing and new markets.
Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years' of relevant product or program management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in digital testing and outreach. The role requires a proven track record in strategic and business planning, as well as at least 5 years' of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the values of the company, including a learner orientation, a strong problem-solving ability, and a customer service orientation. Advanced communication skills, the ability to manage multiple complex tasks, and experience in team building and personnel management are essential. The role also demands a high level of computer literacy and the ability to travel as needed.
