Executive Creative Director

New Today

Overview

Senior Director, Talent Acquisition | Building High-Performing Teams. We’re looking for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of big-picture brand building and hands-on creative execution. This is a player-coach role that involves rolling up your sleeves on the work while building, inspiring, and mentoring a world-class creative team in a fast-paced business.

As Executive Creative Director, you’ll report directly to the CMO and shape the future of one of the most dynamic health and lifestyle brands in the country. With 70 locations today, $300M in annual revenue, and a plan to scale to 100+ clubs by 2030, this is an opportunity to build an iconic brand in a growth business with momentum.

Your mission is to turn bold strategies into market-shaping realities. You’ll own the creative vision across every channel — digital, physical, experiential, and more — and you’ll personally engage in the work to ensure excellence while coaching your team to deliver their best. This role emphasizes impact, not just pitches, delivering campaigns that drive results, elevating design, and creating loyalty, while building a scalable creative function.

What you’ll do

  • Lead as both a visionary and practitioner: setting brand and creative direction while engaging in the work alongside your team.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team and agency partners.
  • Translate business strategy into advertising and content that excites our audience and drives results.
  • Deliver breakthrough campaigns and experiences that reinforce our positioning and cultural relevance.
  • Ensure agility, speed-to-market, and consistency across all brand expressions as we scale nationally.

This is the right role for a creative executive who wants to shape the business, not just the ads. If you’re excited to both create and coach, to build a brand and a team in equal measure, and to put creativity at the heart of growth—you’ll thrive here.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Real Estate Development Partners to ensure brand and creative strategy alignment with business goals.
