This is an ECD-level position, which means the ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience working in experiential marketing agencies, creative production companies, entertainment organizations or immersive entertainment companies. This individual will have experience creating, guiding and galvanizing large teams while working in concert with leaders from strategy, production and fabrication to bring it all together.

To be clear, we’re looking for someone who thinks big and creates even bigger. We’re looking for the force multiplier. The campaigns and programs they craft will be experiences and moments that unfold across screen, space, stage and time – telling stories and creating goose bumps through immersive environments, engagements and activations.
This is also a client-facing role, so working closely with brands and their creative teams will be the norm. Presenting ideas, concepts and designs will be at the heart of your day-to-day world. Being confident and comfortable with client executives, challenging perceptions and persuading with passion is mandatory.
Success will come in many forms outside of the creative work itself. Elements include :
Successful creation of the creative approach on the account
Management of creative talent on the account, including freelance staffing and internal resourcing for select roles as work ebbs and flows throughout the year
Explore new ways of thinking and working to inspire new levels of creativity and aspirations
Partnering with the overall leadership team on the account to create a successful, diverse culture rooted in trust
Collaborate across our practices, including Strategy, Digital, Fabrication, and more, as well as across our Project Worldwide network
Clearly communicating with client, agency and account leadership, setting expectations on deliverables, outlining goals and opportunities and providing clear direction for the team and the business
Contributing to the creative culture of the New York office and agency as a whole, being curious about other aspects and accounts at GPJ and supporting other creative leaders and team members through kindness, mentorship and empathy
In office attendance 2 days per week

Salary Range : $200k – $225k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
