Executive Chef/Culinary Director’s Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership in an upscale Multi-Unit, Kitchen Leadership and private clubs role
Culinary degree appreciated
A sincere passion for hospitality
Experience with banquets, fine dining, casual concepts, and both on-premise and off-premise events, and Michelin
Must have a high level of culinary skill with a good tenure working for reputable restaurant concepts
Valid food handler card, reliable transportation, and willingness to be in the field at the locations, not an office job.
Must have strong financial acumen.
Executive Chef/Culinary Director’s Responsibilities
Responsible for the highest standards in food quality and execution
Strong attention to detail – curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
Coaching to driving excellence and confronting incompetence
Build relationships quickly and build solid teams
Travel between two clubs to ensure consistency and SOPs are followed
Exude high energy, positive reinforcement, and show passion for hospitality
Great communicator and intelligent with the ability to develop leaders
P&L management and all BOH cost controls with $16M in revenue
