Executive Assistant to provide essential support to a senior exec.
With a competitive contract rate of $60-80 per hr,
this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from wherever you work best. This is a maternity leave coverage until the end of the year,
however there may be a need for another hire to the team in early 2026.
THE JOB As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support while contributing to essential operational and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Event Planning
: Organize team-building activities, executive meetings, and special events, coordinating all logistics to ensure seamless execution. Financial Reporting
: Use intermediate to advanced Excel skills to prepare reports on KPIs, including NOI, Debt Service, ROI, IRR, Annual ROI, Equity Multiples, and Sensitivity Analysis. Market Research
: Conduct detailed real estate market research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Project Management
: Assist with key projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and resources, providing regular updates to the executive team. Calendar Coordination
: Manage multiple executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings for smooth, efficient days. Travel Arrangements
: Book and coordinate travel plans for executives, arranging complex itineraries and accommodations. Expense Management
: Prepare and track expense reports for multiple executives, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Document Preparation
: Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support executive needs. Communication Liaison
: Serve as the first point of contact, handling calls and emails professionally and with discretion. Special Assignments
: Take on ad-hoc projects as needed, bringing enthusiasm and attention to detail to each task.
