What you'll do:
The Talent Platform Lead owns the technical architecture and interoperability of systems supporting recruiting, performance, and learning across the enterprise. This role ensures secure integrations and platform scalability while supporting cross-functional workflows.
Key Responsibilities Manage architecture and integrations across ATS, LMS, and performance management systems. Build secure, scalable data flows between Talent platforms and core HCM. Implement platform-level security, role provisioning, and system governance. Partner closely with HR Operations to co-design scalable, business-aligned solutions and ensure platform alignment with functional requirements. Assess technical feasibility of vendor features and lead platform enhancement planning. Troubleshoot integration issues and drive root cause resolution across platforms. What you'll bring: 8+ years in enterprise systems or technical HRIS roles, with direct experience in Talent systems, specifically with Oracle Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations using Oracle Cloud HCM Connectors (e.g., Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs), with the ability to configure, extend, and monitor end-to-end data flows across enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with large scale API integrations and user provisioning tools. Strong grasp of object models across ATS, LMS, and performance tools. Demonstrated collaboration with HR stakeholders and IT security teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
