Job TitleEnterprise Director of SalesThe Enterprise Director of Sales is responsible for managing Hospitality Global Enterprise Accounts, the main focus is this role will be to:1) Drive new sales, grow total account value and renewal/retention across assigned Enterprise / Global Tier 1 accounts 2) Build strategic and senior executive relationships across the customer organization, achieve 3x3 (minimum) relationshipsIn This Role You'll:Use technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customer decisions and assist the customer in applying solutions /services to meet their needs.Assist in designing and recommending sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.make recommendations for product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, based on customer feedback and industry trends,Monitor, evaluate, and report changes in regional sales data, competition, customer satisfaction, and customer trends.Sales Tasks:Prospect, develop leads, and progress leads to deal close and manage pipelineProposal preparation, quote preparation (with support from other roles such as Sales Specialist)Negotiate proposals, statements of work and service agreements with clientsLead simple demos (i.e., Travel intelligence, Media)Be the main point of contact for clients in their relationship with AmadeusDevelop strong rapport with customer's key buying and influencing personasEscalate customer feedback/incidences to corresponding team (e.g., operations)Manage renewals for simple and complex dealsIdentify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executivesIdentify customers' specific needs and develop / submit commercial proposalsCoordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-upPromote and sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts, events and road showsDeliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate productsManage negotiations to closureActively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contribute to marketing intelligencePerform Market and competitor analysisReporting & Communications: Deliver new product reviews to customersOrganize hand-off to post-sales teams and ongoing relationship with the Customer Success Manager (CSM)Organize account strategy meetings and cross-sell/upsell opportunity reviews with internal teams (post-sales, technical support, etc.)Update opportunities in Salesforce (CRM) at the different sales stagesAble to understand customer key needs and overall business caseInteract with customers to adapt and evolve the business planCapture customer feedback and develop plans to maintain and / or improve satisfaction scoresSales Planning:Build client specific account plans (SAP) to drive the overall businessParticipate in the preparation of the long term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales planProvide input for sales volume targets and strategic objectivesManage the personnel/asset resources in accountsCoordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure proposal, contract readinessAct as liaison between internal team across the customer lifecycleThis role will partner internally with Customer Success Manager, Deal Management, Specialists, Product Management, Finance, Support, Legal, Billing, Order Management and Implementation teams. Externally the role will have frequent interaction with executives ranging from VP, SVP, EVP, CIO, & COO levels.About the Ideal Candidate:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT and / or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in the Hospitality businessMinimum of 10 years' experience in previous sales roleCommercial and deal making experience including ability to understand legal and risk aspects of contractsAdvanced communication and negotiation skillsCapability to create senior executive relationshipsExperience in developing and executing Customer Development PlansAbility to clearly articulate product value proposition to consumersMust possess advanced conceptual thinking skills to develop customer specific use casesEffectively present ideas and communicate with internal and external audiencesAbility to travel 20% and to client locations in the USPrevious experience with a CRM tool such as Sales ForceMust be able to work a hybrid Account Management and Sales roleWorking at Amadeus, you will find: A critical mission and purpose - At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.
