Client is seeking a Benefits Operations Director. In this leadership role, you will oversee the Employee Benefits team, manage key client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery while leading workflow, technology, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Employee Benefits service team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on exceptional customer service
Manage day-to-day client servicing workflow, ensuring efficiency and best-practice adherence
Oversee hiring, training, and professional development to enhance team capabilities
Understanding of client account management including marketing, quoting, and renewal processes
Ensure seamless client communication and service delivery across all touchpoints
Optimize use of agency management systems and technology
What We're Looking For: 5+ years of Benefits Account Management with leadership experience (ideally 2+ years) managing and developing service teams
Customer service excellence with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Marketing and quoting expertise - comfortable presenting to clients and securing competitive coverage
Agency management system proficiency
Strong communication and team-building skills
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and workflow optimization
