Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee clinical performance and compliance
Mentor and manage EM staff
Collaborate with hospital leadership
Drive quality improvement initiatives
Manage scheduling and staffing
Experience Requirements: Prior SMD or ASMD experience required
Familiarity with HCA KPIs preferred
Change management experience required
