Your Role As Facility Medical DirectorProvide both clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine (EM) services Opportunity to partner with our assistant facility medical director, ensuring collaborative and effective leadership Oversee and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians Develop and sustain relationships with physicians, hospital administration, and staff Participate in key hospital and TeamHealth meetings to shape clinical strategies and workflows Collaborate with TeamHealth and St. Francis Hospital leadership to ensure the highest standards of care

About the Emergency Department22-bed ED with an annual patient volume of 34,000 Diverse acuity levels and access to most specialties for support Manageable pace of 1.9 patients per hour with a 12% admission rate Supported by 34 hours of daily physician coverage and 30 hours of APC coverage Advanced documentation with EPIC EMR
