Elevate Rides Director
Reports to: CEO / COO
Department: Elevate Rides
Work Location: Branson, Missouri
FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Purpose: This position will primarily focus on all program operations for Elevate Rides and will also have a diverse set of responsibilities related to customer service and community engagement. This position is the face, first point of contact, and relationship keeper with the community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Front and Back of House day-to-day Dealer & Program operations
- Provide Customer Service to Program Participants
- Communicate important repair information to customers
- Manage supply inventory and complete purchase orders as necessary
- Valuing of used scooter inventory
- Scooter School coordinator (Development, Preparation, Scheduling, Logistics, Transportation & Testing)
- Assist applicants with MO Drivers License, Preparation, Insurance, & Financial paperwork
- Record keeping (Dealer sales, Maintenance, Program services, and Merchandise sales)
- Contact record data capture, contact update, etc.
- Coordinate all repair and repossession of scooters
- Program participants engagement and event scheduling
- Program Promotion and serving as an ambassador to the community and at events
- Maintain satisfactory required state / City reporting, licenses, and inspection reports
- Scheduling staff, Directing staff, & scheduling for technicians
- Development and implementation of standard operating procedures
- Assist with scooter repair and maintenance, branding, and inspections
- Respond to after-hours and weekend service calls, incidents, or tows
- Manage Salesforce software and other third-party integrations
- Budget control and management
- Must work with and build relationships with Partnered companies and third-party vendors
- All other duties as assigned by the CEO / COO

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or program management experience
- Must be a team player with the understanding that resolving conflict requires handling situations with integrity and professionalism by communicating with a direct supervisor
- Must be a self-starter always looking for ways to improve upon the program
- Demonstrate ability to problem-solve, analyze data, make good decisions for the organization, attend to details, and prioritize multiple projects at one time
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing organization environment including learning and applying new training and knowledge.
- Ability to generate enthusiasm and interest from others for working within certain departments.
- Must fully support the Elevate Branson mission, vision, core values, and staff
- Must have a minimum 1 year of two-wheel mechanic experience
- MO Drivers License & Class M Endorsement
- High School Diploma, college preferred
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and successfully manipulate scooters
Physical Requirements:
- Requires ability for frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, pulling, and pushing.
- Requires the ability to successfully manipulate scooters
- Required to carry items up to 75 pounds for short distances
