SUMMARY
ELEMIS is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director to lead our NA Field Sales Team. This role is based out of our New York City office and is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of our retail operations across key partners including ULTA, Sephora, and specialty retailers. The Director will drive retail sales, increase market share, and lead the development and execution of field and in-store strategies. This position requires a leader who is equally analytical and relationship-oriented, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams in the beauty and skincare industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS *The salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $160,000.
