Location: Denver, CO A multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead its Colorado-based electrical engineering team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a licensed engineer who is ready to take ownership of technical excellence, build and mentor a Denver team, and collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic, integrated environment. Responsibilities Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use developments Serve as the technical authority on MEP systems design Review and oversee calculations, drawings, and construction documentation Supervise and mentor PEs, EITs, and junior engineers Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery Contribute to QA/QC processes and help refine internal design standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering PE license (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly) Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong design portfolio Proficiency in Revit and other MEP design software Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Dedication to quality design, mentorship, and client satisfaction Compensation And Benefits Target base salary: $110,000 to $150,000, based on experience, education, and regional background Medical insurance with HSA option Dental and vision coverage Employer-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Minimum 15 days PTO, with increases based on experience Accident insurance 401(k) with 4% match and Roth 401(k) option One paid day annually for volunteer work Annual company ski day and summer picnic Flexible hours and hybrid work options available Monthly employee celebrations with lunch provided Involvement in full project lifecycle Free snacks Weekly volleyball league in summer and bowling league in winter On-site bar at the Denver office Casual dress code Entrepreneurial culture that encourages new ideas and innovation Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $130.00/hr.
