*Education and Related Work Experience*

* Master's Degree required * Previous experience as an Ed Director (preferred) * NYS teaching certification in Birth-Grade 2./Special Education and General Education Birth to 2 * School Building Leadership Certification or in process * UPK experience

*Skills & Knowledge*

* Strong leadership, supervisory and customer service skills, and ability to create/maintain partnerships with families and staff * Ability to lead staff in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum * Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks or crisis situations effectively * Capacity to understand and manage center duties * Computer literacy * Experience working in an inclusive work environment and managing across differences * Ability to formulate and carry out effective work plans * Ability to facilitate the coordination of multiple tasks and manage a variety of projects simultaneously * Ability to build effective working partnerships
