A growing early childhood organization is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Intervention Director to lead and oversee its early intervention programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the operations side of early childhood development, special education, or related services, and is skilled in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and driving program quality.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the daily operations of early intervention programs. Manage and support therapists, providers, and administrative staff. Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate services for children and families across programs. Monitor program outcomes and implement strategies for improvement. Build relationships with external partners and service providers. Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure program excellence. Ideal Qualifications: Experience in early intervention, early childhood education, or special education services. Strong background in operations, compliance, or program management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build systems that support quality care. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with state regulations and early intervention service models.

This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who understands both the operational and developmental needs of early intervention services.

Salary : $100k - $130k/Year
