Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Early Childhood Education Center Director to lead one of our high-performing schools in Newtown, PA. What You'll Do: Oversee daily school operations, ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations. Lead a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm. Build meaningful relationships with families and create a welcoming school culture. Ensure curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement. Drive enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service. Partner with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. Strong understanding of Pennsylvania DHS licensing and Keystone Stars standards. Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments.
