What We Offer: $15$18/hour Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday Pay Discounted Childcare Comprehensive Medical Benefits 401K Retirement Plan What You'll Do: Assist in daily operations and center management Support curriculum implementation and maintain licensing compliance Lead and motivate childcare staff with positivity and professionalism Keep accurate administrative records (attendance, schedules, etc.) Build strong, trusted relationships with families and respond to their needs Ensure all safety and health standards are met and exceeded Participate in meetings, trainings, and team-building activities Help create a joyful, inclusive space where kids thrive What You Bring to the Table: 18+ years old High School Diploma or GED required CDL B or CDL A with passenger endorsement = a big plus! 23 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting CPR and First Aid certified Able to pass a background check Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30 AM 6:00 PM, MondayFriday Why Join Us?
