Dysrupt is looking for a Director, Paid Social who is as passionate as we are. This role is the leading driver on a cross-vertical book of business, focused on performance marketing, developing client and platform relationships, and constant innovation.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate comes from a strong Performance Marketing background, has developed themselves as a trusted advisor to partners, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will lead strategy formulation across the department, build products and processes for client deliverables and media optimization, develop and lead a world-class team, build long-term strategic client partnerships, and grow our clients’ business.
Responsibilities Uphold Dysrupt’s commitment to providing best-in-class social & digital marketing services. You will report directly into the founders of Dysrupt, overseeing a 3-4 client book of business.
Act as a key business stakeholder and leader for our clients, driving accountability to business results, and enrolling internal resources at Dysrupt to drive success with the clients.
Strategy, Planning, Execution, and Analysis of paid media across multiple digital channels (primary focus on Facebook/Instagram).
Develop and deliver senior-level strategy to VP or C-level clients, leveraging Dysrupt’s internal insights and external industry information.
Engage with today’s digital & mobile consumer experience and contribute to creative ideas and deliverables.
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all things Paid Media and Measurement across social, digital, and the broader marketing mix to guide clients on proper KPIs.
Identify and help sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients to achieve efficient returns.
Contribute to the growth and stability of Dysrupt by making decisions that benefit the company today and tomorrow.
Determine client priorities and present them to the senior leadership team during quarterly reviews.
Report weekly and monthly business forecasts to leadership with accuracy.
Qualifications 7+ years of experience running performance marketing on Facebook/Instagram and at least one of Google Search, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Quora, or Spotify.
Proven experience managing and leading a team of account managers.
Advanced written and presentation communication skills.
Understanding of brand strategy and how it integrates with the wider marketing mix for Fortune 500 size brands.
Strategic and practical understanding of digital and social-specific media planning & buying, with measurable success metrics.
Customer-centric with strong communication across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to set strategic vision and operational excellence.
Excellent social counsel and communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Compensation Range: $139,510 - $165,850 annually. Pay is determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.
