Compensation: Up to $227,000 per year

Requirements:

• Graduate of an ADA accredited dental school program.
• Valid and Active Arizona dental license.
• Valid and Active DEA license.
• American Board of General Dentistry certified, or proof of board eligibility.
• Valid and Active Arizona Driver’s License
• Intermediate competencies in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System
• Competency in dealing with people of various culture
