We are seeking a Director of Pediatric Dentistry to lead our Pediatric Dentistry program at the Celeste Myers Dental Clinic. The Director will develop interdisciplinary collaborations and improve patient outcomes through leadership, patient care, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Program Development: Lead the Pediatric Dentistry team to deliver exceptional care, expand services, and uphold high standards. Clinical & Administrative Management: Oversee comprehensive pediatric dental services, including preventive care, orthodontics, trauma management, and restorative procedures. Practice & Financial Management: Ensure efficiency, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient care. Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop strategies for service expansion and interdisciplinary care integration. Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with best practices, safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement. Education & Research: Mentor and educate dental trainees, residents, and staff, and contribute to academic initiatives and research through the Rebecca D. Considine Research Institute. Collaboration & Relationship Management: Build partnerships with hospital leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to enhance pediatric dentistry's impact. Development of interdisciplinary programs and niche services within the hospital system. Position Requirements D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an ADA-accredited U.S. dental school . Board certification by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry . Ability to obtain and maintain an active dental license in Ohio. Minimum 5 years of pediatric dentistry experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. A passion for clinical excellence, innovation, and mentoring future pediatric dental professionals.
