Key Responsibilities Leadership & Program Development: Lead the Pediatric Dentistry team to deliver exceptional care, expand services, and uphold high standards. Clinical & Administrative Management: Oversee comprehensive pediatric dental services, including preventive care, orthodontics, trauma management, and restorative procedures. Practice & Financial Management: Ensure efficiency, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient care. Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop strategies for service expansion and interdisciplinary care integration. Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with best practices, safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement. Education & Research: Mentor and educate dental trainees, residents, and staff, and contribute to academic initiatives and research through the Rebecca D. Considine Research Institute. Collaboration & Relationship Management: Build partnerships with hospital leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to enhance pediatric dentistry's impact. Board certification by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry . Ability to obtain and maintain an active dental license in Ohio. Minimum 5 years of pediatric dentistry experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. A passion for clinical excellence, innovation, and mentoring future pediatric dental professionals.
