The EEC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Division Director for the Division of Information Services.The Division Director will lead our technology team and oversee all aspects of IT operations and developmentfor the Cabinet.
Holders of the Division Director of Information Services position will complete tasks such as:
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, programs and data security.
- Lead IT project planning and implementation.
- Develop and manage IT budget, ensuring cost effective solutions.
- Collaborate across the Cabinet and with state government leadership to support key business initiatives.
- Oversee all of the Cabinet's information services. This includes oversight of scanning operations thattransform physical to digital media and the Kentucky Open Records Act program that provides requesteddocuments to citizens of the Commonwealth.
- Experience in application development and support or IT management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, platforms and enterprise applications
- Experience in strategic planning and project management
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
