Under general guidance of the Vice President for People and Culture, the position will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Department’s search processes and supervising the work of the Human Resources Associates. The person will oversee the recruitment initiatives and collaborate with People and Culture directors to improve the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, internal operations and employee experience. The incumbent will monitor productivity levels to help identify potential issues to improve efficiency. Ensures work efficiency within and across Human Resources. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration within and outside of the Human Resources Department to ensure this role helps bridge connections across people operations teams to drive operational excellence. Works in close partnership with the Vice President of People and Culture and other Human Resources directors to ensure processes and services align closely with broader human resources and labor relations strategies.
This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating various HR initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The scope of responsibilities for this position includes overseeing broad, complex and potentially sensitive issues and situations regarding end-to-end service delivery, recruiting and system management processes/functions.

The salary for this position is $104,985 (minimum) up to $122,004. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or similar service.
Demonstrated success in improving service strategies or workforce planning initiatives.
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies and change management practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to apply a responsive and flexible approach that is supportive of the needs including universal access of our students, faculty, staff and the public. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field.
Experience in higher education, government, or other large complex organizations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training.
